Functions


The Administration Department is responsible for:
  • Communicating public policy and information to meet community needs
  • Coordinating personnel services for the city
  • Maintaining official records of the city (i.e., ordinances, resolutions, policies, minutes)
  • Performing accounting functions of the city, including preparation, recording and monitoring of the annual budget
  • Providing a point of contact for utility (water, sewer, sanitation) services and billing
  • Voicing citizen concerns or complaints
Copies, notary services and permits are also available at City Hall.
