1. Can I speak to the Council?

Yes, at the beginning of each Council meeting there is an opportunity for citizens to come before the council and speak on any topic that is not already on the agenda.

Meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the council room at City Hall, located at 960 Early Blvd.

2. How do I place an item on the agenda?

Please contact City Hall at (325) 643-5451 for information and timeline for an item being put on the agenda for a scheduled Council meeting. Note: There is a 72-hour posting requirement for Council meeting agendas. Therefore any item or information will need to be submitted prior to the posting deadline. In most cases, information may be submitted by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the scheduled meeting date.

Enrollment in the Driver Safety Course is granted only at the judge's discretion. It is also available to non-CDL Texas licenses only. For more details, please contact the court clerk at (325) 646-5322.

The judge is in session on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am only. You must sign in with the court clerk before 9:00 am.

1. How do I get utility service at my residence or business?

Fill out the Water Service Agreement and pay a deposit. You can find the agreement and deposit amount on the following webpage: Water Services

2. Can you tell me why my water bill was higher this month?

Yes, because of our new automated meter reading system we are able to provide you with daily water consumption and if a leak is indicated or possible. Please contact City Hall at (325) 643-5451 for more details.

3. Will the trash truck pick up tree limbs and brush?

Only small brush and tree limbs that are bundled and tied together, not more than an arm full, will be picked up by our sanitation trucks. Larger bundles, tree limbs and brush piles must be hauled off by the property owner. Review the list of accepted items. Items Not Accepted in Landfill
