1.         Call to order and invocation.

2.         Consideration of the minutes of the previous meeting.

3.         Citizens’ comments (the council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda).

4.         Consider adopting an ordinance approving a request for a Special Use Permit to place a manufactured home at 110 Rosedale.

5.         Mr. Ken Martin to present 2007 Street Improvement plans for council review and approval.

6.         Consider 2006 Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment to municipal telecommunications right-of-way access line rates.

7.         Consider for approval the investment report for the quarter ending March 31, 2007.

8.         Executive session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code:  Section 551.072- deliberation regarding real property:  Discuss development of property for housing and future city park.

9.         Reconvene in open session and consider items discussed in executive session.

10.       Committee Reports:

            Park Committee

            Motel Tax Committee

            The “Center” Committee

11.       Administrator’s report.
