Yes, at the beginning of each Council meeting there is an opportunity for citizens to come before the council and speak on any topic that is not already on the agenda. Meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the council room at City Hall, located at 960 Early Blvd.Council

Please contact City Hall at (325) 643-5451 for information and timeline for an item being put on the agenda for a scheduled Council meeting. Note: There is a 72-hour posting requirement for Council meeting agendas. Therefore any item or information will need to be submitted prior to the posting deadline. In most cases, information may be submitted by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the scheduled meeting date.Council
