Booking Policy

Reservation and Payment: To secure your event booking, payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the event date.

Capacity: The event center's capacity is 200

Security Deposit: This is refundable as long as there's no damages and our policies were followed. The deposit will be returned back as a check within 10 business days after the event.

Alcohol and Catering: If alcohol will be served, there is an additional fee and guests must adhere to local laws and regulations. External catering may be allowed, but approval is required in advance.

Decorations: Decorations are permitted. Any damages caused by decorations will be deducted from the security deposit. Decorating/setup time must be included in your rental slot.

Clean-Up: The event area must be left in the same condition as it was provided. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required after the event.
