Can I apply to this program if I live outside of the Early City Limits?
Eligibility is limited to residents within the incorporated city limits of Early.
What is the cost?
Upon approval, applicants will pay a set fee based on their income bracket, which will cover the spay/neuter/microchip procedure and a rabies vaccination if needed.Costs range from $0 to $75, depending on the income bracket. See what income bracket you're in by clicking here
How many vouchers can I obtain?
Only one voucher per water account/address per year is permitted.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
How old must an animal be to participate in this program?
Vouchers cannot be used for dogs or cats that have not yet been born. Eligible animals must be at least 5-6 months old to participate in the program.
How do I obtain an application?
You can obtain a physical copy at Early City Hall or the Early Police Department (both located at 960 Early Blvd), as well as download a copy clicking here.
